As long as the Fed creates oceans of dollars (which they are) stocks will float.

And really there is not that much difference between taxing unspent cash and implementing policies which result in negative interest rates, at all terms, which is what our Fed is doing.

These people will do anything, regardless of how much worse it makes a bad situation, to avoid having to admit they screwed things up badly, and in fact there is nothing that can be done to make things better (which clearly does not mean there are not a practically infinite number of ways they can make things worse).

The people who elect politicians who promise to give more to everyone are just as deluded.

What is everyone thinking?
