I guess the whole world was fooled then if Saddam had no WMD's, not just the USA and UK. Otherwise why did all those UN countries vote for weapons inspectors and sanctions? Also, did you already forget about Saddam's proclamations right before the war that he was going to use WMD's against any Iraqi invaders? The same WMD's he denied having. If he was lying, that was probably his biggest mistake!
