Walmart has not beaten any online outlets. It can take business away from brick&mortar stores by selling cheap food and cheap clothes to lower income population, but it cannot allure customers away from Amazon.com or Netflix.com. It takes a week for you to get your DVD rental from Walmart's one and only shipping center in Atlanta if you live on the left coast.

This service from Netflix is addictive (captive). I have been with them for a long while, don't want to cancel it even when I am unemployed.
