If you'll look at this chart you'll see that the major declines in the stock market were well into Bush's term. It was his capital gains tax cuts that caused the recent stampede as the rich cashed out while it was cheaper to do so. You can see that after the market broke 11,000 the declines to below 8,000 were during Bush's watch and a direct result of his policies. It was 2002 when the market tanked from mid 10,000 range into the high 7,000 range. It has only now recovered and broken 9,000 recently. A long way to go to get back to it's former glory. You should think before you post if it doesn't hurt too much.
