Israeli Radio via MSNBC. But it's not unusual, Kyros. The Israelis have been stopping 8 or 9 suicide attacks for every successful one for over two years now. It's just that American media don't usually report attempts at all. That there would be an upsurge of attacks in response to this "road map" was also 100% predictable, with or without any Israeli actions.

Kyrosi, I was surprised by the 20# as well but if she is correct, it trumps your point about Israel starting this round. I will wait for her reply but if she is convincing I think you might need to revisit your assumptions. If there were 20 failed attempts what else is there for the israelis to do? Some time ago I read a Q&A with a Hamas or Hizbolla type. The question was posed, what to do with the Jews if they actually surrendered one day. The respondent said that they must still all be killed, especially the children, to prevent the cancer from returning at some later date. Whether there were 20 or 10 stopped attacks seems immaterial in the face of what awaits the Jews if they are defeated or allow themselves to fall for the next tactical palestinian cease fire. The Road Map must be followed and thus Hamas et al attacks must be made to stop now, by the Pals and if not the Pals then by the israelis. Mike
