Don't think for a second that you're any more frustrated about it and concerned about it than I am. That's impossible.

Remember that our office is in a tiny town about 45 minutes south of Kansas City. If I changed my focus to finding a consultant to fix the problem, it would take far longer to find that person than it would to get the problem fixed with the current approach.
