Perhaps you could leave the expert searching to a smart spider...

What i mean is something like this

google.com

Basically you let the search be done via google of what it has spidered of the site. I'm sure we'd lose something in the process but it might be a good work around for the time being.

I was trying to see if there is a vrge (virage) forum on SI as I wanted to post something, however I couldn't easily find it. however with google, I did find 2 hits that might lead me to a virage forum (if there is one to be found).

for anyone wishing to do a google search, go to www.google.com and enter

virage site:www.siliconinvestor.com

of course replace virage with what you are searching for

Nope. I have no idea. What I do know is you have an asset that changed hands a few years ago for around $60 mill if memory serves. And I repeat, if it was my asset on the line, I wouldn't sit there watching. I'd solve the problem.
