BW, ROYL & RRC made new 52w highs today...Hey hey for the energy rats...

The thinking is that electric rates will spike this summer due to all the power being generated with natgas as the power source.
Which we figured a year before the last "power crisis," natch..

I addition, I just read that the govt will guarantee the bonds for 6 or 8 new nuclear power plants..

Boyd, USNA knocking on $45, I am starting to think it needs to be shorted.
I mean $1.50 to $45.00 is quite a run, it has to have a break here soon.
What do you think?

BW, per our ongoing energy talk, now is the time to start studying the weather pattern charts.
(this is the time of year we here at Rat hq start our futures positions)
If we get a cold winter, big storms in the gulf, etc, energy plays, especially natgas, will fly.
Pipelines may be another idea.
Of course, we could get a mild winter..
