It appears that you need to be "reeducated".

In other words, if I act like an idiot, you'll treat me as you equal??

Gee... what a warm and fuzzy feeling I get, knowing that..

After that meeting, Bush turned to National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice and said, "We have a problem with Sharon I can see, but I like that young man [Dahlan] and I think their prime minister is incapable of lying. I hope that they will be successful. We can work with them."

Can you say "deliberate leak"?? I could really care less who's in charge in Israel because whoever it is, they have been democratically elected and the Israeli people must bear the burden of their political decisions... That's a far cry from the Palestine authority.

But that aside, any analysis of the current situation lends evidence that Hamas, AAMB, and Islamic Jihad were always going to act as a minefield on any "roadmap to peace". That minefield must be breached and rendered ineffective as an institution.

And after the bus bombing today in Israel, I'd lay odds that we're going to see Israel do the same thing in Gaza that they did in the West Bank... Pull the teeth of Hamas's political and financial infrastructure.

And sure.. Abbas and Dahlan will rant about it, but deep inside they know that they are incapable of reining in these groups....

After the Iraq disaster, there is no way in hell that the US is going to do anything about Syria. Not a chance in hell.

Who said anything about the US? I'm talking about Israel.. But that said, the US will likely force the UN to impose complete economic sanctions on Syria and force them to be kicked off the UNSC.

But Israel's reaction to any annoucement that Syria has Iraq's chemical weapons stockpile, would prove to be a major escalation in the region.

I frankly don't know who they would react.. But I would be surprised if they just sat there and did nothing.
