Bush won't allow a formal review of his "behavior" or the behavior of those around him. He can't afford to make it "official" that he invaded Iraq and sent American soldiers to their deaths by lying to the American people -- by the way Bob, where in the poll that you quoted does it say that the American people would not be upset if they believed that Bush lied to them to get public opinion on his side?
