There's a fine line between an isolated intelligence failure and a total breakdown. There's such a disparaty between Chimps pre-war position on WMDs and reality, that the "intelligence failure" excuse holds no water. Chimp lovers are now spinning an "intelligence failure" when in fact there was plenty of evidence offered by the weapons inspectors that Iraq was disarmed. Except, the Simeon Administration wasn't listening and didn't want anything to get in it's way of the planned invasion. Chimp is culpable for war crimes and there's no excuses for crime. He went in with no solid evidence and is guilty. Impeach the proto-human.
