I assume that there were at least 2 or 3 stock splits that you didn't compensate for?

Don, Have you researched the SEBL 10ks? I believe I properly matched the grants each year to shares at the beginning of the year that had been adjusted for splits that occurred after the beginning of the year in that same year. For my methodology, please refer to #reply-18998697. Please refer to the SEBL 10ks to see whether or not researching each 10k will produce the same figures for you.

And don't forget, the important figures I am presenting is the grant rate for each year, which entails properly matching split adjusted numerators and denominators to come up with the rate. Obviously if one looked at all the split adjusted grants retrospectively from today backwards, there would be a much higher sum of absolute grants than is garnered from simply summing the grants in my table, and the total number of split adjusted grants up to this point would probably more than account for the total share increase you are looking for. But this is irrelevant to whether or not I accurately calculated the grant rates for each year.

Regards,

Huey
