Nice move Carl--trying to split the right. Bush has reason to appear tough with sharon. This is all being done to strengthen the hand of Abu Mazen. Bush knows Sharon will do what he has to to protect Israel and he cannot claim to fight terrorism here, if israel cant respond to terrorists. But verbally he will demand concessions from Israel which will come periodically. One can make the case that killing Hamas in this manner is just as much in the Palestinian interest as in israels. And of course the Palestinians continue to suffer at the hands of arafat, hamas, and the Arab leaders who continue to sell them this bill of goods about regaining their land thru terror. Aint gonna happen and time for arab leaders to step up to the plate and support the Pal PM. mike

Hmmmmm,...

Carl are you sure you don't want to reconsider giving your support to my "Intel-i-bus Conspiracy" theory?

After all, if you can author such high quality yarns of your own, mine should be quite palatable. <vbg>

...Or could it be that "professional jealousy" prevents you from appreciating the finer points of the competition's "work?" <Hoo><Haa><Hoo>
