You need a consultant like the old story of the guy they brought into the factory where they couldn't get the machine to work and he tapped it gently with a hammer in a certain spot and left a bill for $10,000. When asked to itemize, he sent another bill saying $1 for tapping it with the hammer, $9999 for knowing where to tap !!
