s1- thanks for the belikin. yes... belize is a very interesting place... (to be cont.) The Gates folks basically invited us to follow the same path that everyone else takes when applying for grants. No shortcuts. I was hoping for a shortcut. I guess they couldn't see that we were special..<g> They HAVE to do it that way - no choice... but if you talked to them, they know you, and that makes a big difference as the process unfolds - it's a lot of red tape to go through but if you do it... money will be there. Hope you brought a lot of calm home with you... i went down with that in mind (relaxation 101) but i came back with something else. i'm not sure what it is yet... maybe just a heat rash <vbg> (to be cont.) -el etcetera
