Well, it appears to be small pockets of people compared to the whole population of the USA, but obviously a problem for those communities where it is happening. I agree that new immigrants should not be allowed to go directly onto welfare, but again, if we let it happen, I can't blame those who come from living in miserable conditions to want to to live on the relative affluence of welfare(compared to what they had before). I guess what I'm saying is that I don't see it yet as the end of civilization as we know it.
