There were 2 market dives in 2001 which we recovered from. But those were not the crash we are trying to recover from now. Bush was president for both dives also and I remember how nervous the market was about Bush back then and the impact his policies might have. And those fears turned out to be justified as we saw in 2002 after his policies had taken firm hold and we finally did crash and broke below 8,000 and even now a year later have only clawed back to reach 9,000. It's Bush not Clinton who did this. You must be a party functionary trying to spin some BS for us here.
