I noticed another AMD bashing on Kudlow & Cramer. I caught it when I was in the hotel room, and I wasn't sure I heard it correctly, but they were saying (might have been their guest) something AMD being one of the worst companies, something in reference to ROI. It may be the same show you saw.

That was not the show I saw but must have been a subsequent show. On the show I saw, only the guest analyst bashed AMD. Cramer and Kudlow just sat there taking it in. I honestly think this was the start of everything. The only thing that is somewhat troubling is that the debt and cash flow issues were well known and certainly not new information on the street. But, I guess they were new to Cramer. Oh well....maybe AMD will prove him wrong.

Jozef,
I remembered a quote from a post of that show, and looking back, it turns out that our friend Petz did post a recap of the essence (thanks Petz): Message 18934053

I believe that this was also shortly after a recent high in the share price. In the past, when I've seen Cramer blast a company, I seem to remember he's had a decent track record, not necessarily based on research, but a good track record nonetheless. Hopefully, this is a major mistake.

Thanks,
Mike
