LOL, come on, consider the numbers. No matter what the ruling folks will be inclined to give more if they can or not. Liberal don't give a damn what the law really is and will do whatever and however what they think makes them fell better. Conservatives will continue to be compassionate and as best they can help all those who are in need. Because conservative will be color blind liberals will call them racists. Affirmative action may help hundreds or maybe thousands out of hundreds of millions. The victimization mantra of dems enslaves millions. In the size of the American economy it's noise. For every black somewhat helped by a phone AA, how many hundred or thousands of blacks will be in jail. In the game of life in every venue there are the technical, tactical, psychological and physical factors. This is a small ruling with impact on tactical and the physical. The technical and psychological factors may be negative. Minorities stay backward because of massive negative self taught psychological factors and the physical factor of no parents. Systemic poverty is a critical mass of ignorance and invisible gimme hands that blind the path of hope, ambition, and effort. It's also the phsical of single parents who have no time to teach as the demands of making a living consumes all. It's no family to help. It's emotional and physical children creating children. Racism in America, Oprah having a talk show where consistently the audience is white and Oprah is treated as a person. I see colorblind. Affirmative Action is just another stupid ignorance of liberals.
