UPDATE: DIAMOND DISCOVERIES INTERNATIONAL CORP. (OTCBB: DMDD) – BALANCE SHEET BLUES
June 13, 2003

Diamond Discoveries International Corp. (OTCBB: DMDD) may plan to explore for diamonds, but first the Company had better improve its financial condition. Here’s the dismal news from Diamond Discoveries’ Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2003. The Company has

• $43 dollars;

• No assets;

• Liabilities of almost $1.6 million;

• No revenues;

• Operating expenses of $628,035 for the first three months of 2003; and

And, as if that were not enough, the Company will need $1 million to fund operations from March 2003 through March 2004 - which the Company plans to raise through private offerings or offshore offerings under Regulation S.

Despite these financial problems, Diamond Discoveries says it plans to explore the Torngat Fields in Quebec, Canada in search of valuable minerals. On May 8, 2003, the Company released excerpts from a geologist’s report suggesting that minerals had been recovered from the Torngat area which “using a microscope were examined for the presence of minerals associated with kimberlite, lamprophyre and similar potential diamond-bearing rocks.”

The press release containing those excerpts did not offer any definitive evidence that valuable minerals had been discovered that would result in revenues for Diamond discoveries. In any event, do those microscope particles offer any realistic hope that the Company is poised to strike the mother-lode?

The Form 10-Q fails to note that the Securities and Exchange Commission has charged the Company’s President and CEO, Teodisio Pangia, with securities fraud in connection with his activities at Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc, another public company with which he was involved. Nor does it mention that Pangia has been charged with selling unregistered securities and engaging in an illegal distribution of securities by the Ontario Canada Securities Commission. Both agencies are seeking to bar him from serving as an officer or director of a public company. See Diamond Discoveries International, Inc. – Are These Diamonds Forever Or Never?

Investors do not need a microscope to analyze that information.

Xybernaut and Secure Wings International Team to Combine Mobile Server Computing and Video Surveillance Solutions for Aviation Industry

Wednesday June 18, 9:27 am ET

Mobile and Wireless Computing Capabilities Enhance Flexibility of Ground-based Security Personnel and Increase Awareness for Pilots and In-Flight Crew Members

FAIRFAX, Va. & ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 2003-- Xybernaut® Corporation (NASDAQ:XYBR - News) and Secure Wings International, LLC today announced a teaming agreement under which mobile/wearable computing and video surveillance and security capabilities will be combined into a unique solution for customers in commercial/military aviation and related industry sectors.

Secure Wings International,LLC, a division of the Centurist Group of companies, has chosen the Xybernaut Mobile Assistant® V (MA® V) and Atigo(TM) wearable computers as the primary mobile/wearable computing platforms for the ADViSAR(TM) aircraft video surveillance system. Secure Wings and Xybernaut are already developing the integrated surveillance/security platform and the joint solution. The integrated solution could take the form of mobile/wearable platforms for ground-based personnel or fixed systems on or around aircraft and facilities.

The FFA approved ADViSAR(TM) system is designed to fit into the avionics rack of commercial and military aircraft and aggregate several aircraft mounted digital video cameras for security and flight safety purposes. Under terms of the agreement, Secure Wings intends to utilize the mobile server capabilities of the MA V.

"The modular and compact design of the Xybernaut MA V Server based systems makes it a logical choice for inclusion into our ADViSAR family of products," said Scott Manderville, president of Secure Wings International, LLC.

"Previously, we custom manufactured our units out of boards, power backup arrays and wireless access points inside our FFA approved ADViSAR case. By utilizing the Xybernaut product we can lower production and maintenance costs. The MA V server platform has a built-in wireless access point, flexible operating system, storage and battery backup. When we combine ADViSAR with the wireless Xybernaut products for flight line and on-board aircraft safety, we provide a cost efficient and effective security solution to our clients."

Initial deployments will concentrate on larger commercial aviation and military customers with field technicians and flight crews that can realize increased security and productivity if mobile computing and video surveillance devices are utilized to support their day-to-day operations. Other potential customers could include private charter or non-passenger aviation service providers. These organizations are often operating with limited human and financial resources with employees handling many different tasks.

"Annual costs to create, deploy and maintain video surveillance systems at an aviation facility are a considerable drain on valuable resources for carriers and aviation facility managers," said Steven A. Newman, president of Xybernaut. "The combination of Secure Wings with Xybernaut aims to leverage existing investments yet offer increased capabilities and increased efficiencies that immediately impact the bottom-line."

Both companies are leaders in their respective markets -- Xybernaut in mobile/wearable computing, and Secure Wings in aviation security and surveillance systems. Though many aspects of airport security are standards-based and regulated, the mobile security/surveillance system can provide increased awareness and assurance for both in-flight crew and ground-based teams.

A typical customer, for example, might be a commercial airline with a fleet of aircraft that move between numerous airport hubs on a daily basis. The joint Secure Wings/Xybernaut solution offers greater flexibility for these staff members and a mechanism for capturing information and finding critical meaning in that data. Other uses of the gathered information could be knowledge management, training/lessons-learned, emergency preparedness and response to critical incidents.
