Croaking birds? Some finches make an odd sound....throw a cover over the cage. They'll be quiet until you remove it.

The weather in the northeast has been absolutely horrendous this year. Went from an unusually arctic winter to all rain all the time. Now I know how the people in Washington and Oregon feel, the miserable bastards....
