Anyone have a comment on recent weakness in the sector? Day after day of downgrades...you get to a point where another downgrade becomes a turning point to the upside. There has to be enough skepticism about valuations by now as if there was not any before. Could this be that turning point. Selling exhausting itself. I have seen the SOXX/SMH going down all week while the Nasdaq has held up well. My guess is that the Naz takes the semis higher soon or vice versa.....too much pessimism on the sector, imho.
