I'm waiting to get my cash and warrants from the class action settlement. I don't have any idea how much money, or how many warrants I'm getting, but I do know that the strike price of the warrants is under $5. It could be a nice chunk of value, since only 5% of the shares were eligible to receive any of the settlement. My lowest cost shares are $14 (split adjusted) before adjusting the basis for the pending settlement, so it still has a long way to go. I'm too embarrassed to mention the basis of my highest cost shares.

Meanwhile, the stock is getting recapitalized since all of the trouble and troublemakers are history. This company had a market cap over a billion bucks at one time. Tsk!

Harold:

The strength of OCCF shares after the so-so earning report surprises me a little. Since the daily volume is not much, it's being pushed up effortlessly. I am not complaining, I'm holding a few shares at relatively low cost.

It does seem OCCF may see 10 before it sees 5, unless the general market takes a nose dive.

I have sold many other stocks way too early this year, leaving a lot of money on the table. I wonder if they will be able to shake my remaining OCCF shares loose?
