Eric, depressing but not unexpected. Complex situation: many combinations of vendors: networks, handsets. A lot of software to be debugged. I hope the operators will work on applications as hard. Maybe it's a "you build it and they will come" situation. Chicken and egg. Takes time.

Btw, what was the name of that french who just copy-pasted
a lot of contemporary keywords into some funny constructions of
sentences and got published in most academic, scientific journals??
(despite the peer debugging demands)
