For a CIA analyst, in possession of the secrets of the United States, to preferentially give data to another country (Great Britain) instead of his own (Condi Rice said nobody ever told the executive branch) is very explicity a violation of the allegiance owed to the United States. If Condi is telling the truth then some analyst needs to start measuring the curtains in Pollard's ajoining cell.
