A large scale war and occupation is hardly what I would call "a single action"- it is, in fact, a chain of actions. You and I obviously disagree on this. I see no point in further "discussion" that will not, in fact be discussion. Bon chance Good luck have a nice life I find it horrible that the US expects an exemption from justice, on any basis. If an international war crimes tribunal is to mean anything, there must be no exemptions. You do realize it is the US that wants to be exempt? So no, I cannot stomach that.
