You had to take the rate for that period in time. The agreement expired if you didn't respond by May 15th.
There was no locking period but no points,fees, appraisal,
title, nada. I paid five bucks to a notary, sent back the papers and they closed it through the mail. No closing
with the other bank, no attorneys. I thought I had seen everything.
