RE: I just think it is different this year. Yes, it is bound to be different this year - a different set of factors will be coming into play. You, and others, have made some very good points on why it should be different this year. Obviously, these reasons have held sway during this past runup in the market. To continue the upward march in prices, business has to improve. Certainly a lot of people, including institutions, buy the argument that business is improving. That could be true, but I think the jury is still out on that assessment. I am just being cautious that's all.
