- $700,000 cash - warrants for 250,000 shares at $4.88 exercise price (five years) - vultures, er, lawyers get 30% of the settlement fund, plus $38,000 for expenses. Pathetic. - settlement funds apportioned relation for losses incurred - Kopstein's shares, including those margin called by the brokerage houses, were not eligible for claims. I think the officers and directors were also precluded form participation. The deadline for filing a claim has long since passed.
