I'd hate to limit the most aggressive bully boys to two. I'm very annoyed with China, Malaysia, several countries in Africa, areas of the Balkans (still), and places in South and Central America. The US is the most powerful bully boy, for now. But bullies usually get their comeupance. I will be sorry to see my country get that, when it happens, even though it will be deserved. When you love something, you want to protect it, even from the wounds that are deserved.
