Check out D in the Fee Section from the Terms of Agreement......you pay a fee(unspecified) if your balance drops below $3000! With a deal like this, no wonder they can afford to give away computers!

9. FEES.

A. Membership Fees. The amount of the annual membership fee, if any, is set forth on the accompanying Credit Terms. You agree to pay any such fee upon the issuance of a Card and annually thereafter. We will impose the annual membership fee on your first Periodic Statement and thereafter on the anniversary date of your Account until your Account is terminated or cancelled, whether or not you incur any Finance Charges on the Account. The annual membership fee is not refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

B. Other Additional Fees. You agree to pay the following additional fees: (i) if we do not receive an amount equal to or greater than your Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date shown on your Periodic Statement, a late payment fee in the amount set forth on the accompanying Credit Terms; (ii) if the check or other payment instrument you send to us is returned unpaid by your bank, a returned check fee in the amount set forth on the accompanying Credit Terms; (iii) if your Account balance ever exceeds your Credit Limit during a billing cycle, an overlimit fee in the amount set forth on the accompanying Credit Terms; and (iv) a $5 replacement card fee.

C. Cash Advance Fee. If you obtain a Cash Advance, we may impose an additional Cash Advance fee in the amount set forth on the accompanying Credit Terms.

D. Early Pay-Down Fee. If your total account balance falls below $3,000 anytime during the first twelve months after your account is opened, your account will be assessed a one-time fee of the amount set forth on the accompanying Credit Terms.
