Maybe,but it certainly carries more weight to have a consensus of Nations than that of unilateralist decisions.

OK...but that still doesn’t answer my question :

Who E-X-A-C-T-l-Y do you believe has the " RIGHT " to exact " regime change ",and by what measure is " regime change " to be deemed necessary?
