REITs are very pricy.
I thought this when the ^RMS was at 450 also, though it is showing very strong top signals now.
The fundamentals don't justify these prices.
On the other hand, with low interest rates, many investors/traders keep coming to REITs for the yield.
I would suggest selling 1/3 of KIM if you are worried about losing your profits. It is a great company and should do fine long term.
I am not making many new investments in REITs these days as they are too rich. I did buy a tiny amount of PEI around 28.30, but that is all.
