DRBES: " If I have to pick a number, I choose $0.04" Holy smokes, DRBES....The highly optimistic BofA revenue upside is $715 million which implies a loss in the vicinity of $0.25/share and then you come out with this zinger of a green $0.04 which implies somewhere around $800 million in revenues...That's about 3 orbits above the most optimistic of analysts... (For what it's worth, I think you'll be a whole lot closer than BofA whose q2 revenue range is $680 to $715 million...and as far as those Cramerites and other doomsayers, who by their actions of shorting AMD, imply that AMD's q2 revenues will fall to $600 million or below, may they cover their shorts before the inevitable vault to double digits!!!)

DRBES: Once again, that green $0.04/sh estimate for q2 implies $800 million in q2 revenues...Love to see it...That'd fit in nicely with q3 and q4 projections of $900 million and $1 billion respectively, as well as, lay the groundwork for record revenues in FY04 of $4.6 billion or better... By the way, given the foregoing scenario, and assuming continued growth of 15%/annum beyond FY04, a realistic current present value for AMD is many multiples x its current $7.00... (P.S. The growth assumptions above may prove exceedingly conservative if both Opteron and MirrorBit achieve anywhere near their potential!!!)
