Actually, this is very unlikely. They have many layers of isolation between the different people responsible for any attack according to what I've read. There just aren't any emergency channels, because these would pose a grave risk to the organizations themselves if the wrong person were captured.

Come on Mike. They don't recall these guys. The evidence is strong that Hamas set out-before Bush even got over there-to plan a series of attacks in order to make sure that there could be no peace. Hamas will not quit until the Israelis are driven into the sea, or they are.
