Right. And who wastes the money? The liberals in Congress. Bob Byrd. It has been that way for years.

You may remember the "Contract With America" where the liberals demonized Newt Gingrich for trying to bring fiscal responsibility to Congress.

No if your spending stays the same its just fine.

The problem is the spending doesn't stay the same it keeps rising. Which is the real fiscal irresponsibility, and an irresponsibility that both Democrats and Republicans have share responsibility for.
