Well, my wife has experienced some harassment in the workplace, and believe me, it can not only be a painful experience for the victim, but very disruptive and painful for the "significant other" as well.... But $3 billion does seem ridiculous to me.... I would not mind having someone like GE come in and take over, as long as the public common shareholders were compensated for adequately.

Unbelievable! Eric Hunter must be nuts. Eric may have been a decent researcher, but when he ran the company, he did a very mediocre job, imho. The company has done much better under Neal, and now under Swoboda. Thank heaven a non-family member is now CEO.
This is a classic case of too much money making people crazy and destroying a family. Unfortunately, it hits us shareholders very hard, indeed.
IMHO, after all is said and done, no significant corporate wrong-doing will be found, and the company will continue to do well.
Neal Hunter should step down from the board immediately, to get the company far away from the family feud.
I wonder if this explains all of the short selling out there for the last month or so?
