No person or country is exempt from justice. The key terms here are "frivolous" and "politically motivated." Prosecution driven by such a foundation is not in keeping with a desire for justice.

"...no matter how powerful or influential, should ever be exempt from justice. Why this is not crystal clear to everyone is beyond me." It is not beyond me to notice which voices are now speaking up that were so apt to be pooh poohing the charges against the most powerful man in this country a few years ago...It is quite transparent.

Obviously the people who do not find it crystal clear, think they can get no justice in the UN- to them I say, if the UN is so unjust, do not try to steal their resolutions and use them as you will. The UN is just enough to make resolutions worth stealing, but obviously not "just" enough to enforce them. Every criminal will tell you he or she cannot get justice. In most cases they simply don't like the justice they are getting.
