Unfortunately, I don't see how it can be "moved away from the firm" without giving Eric a victory... at least to the tune of forcing his brother out, given the initial response on this thread, which might be what he wants.

Eric's slash and burn strategy seems to have eliminated any options other than to cave in or fight fire with fire... if the company's in the right, in which case I would opt for the latter. There's probably a reason why Eric isn't in charge any more, and it's also suspicious to me that he complains only now about things that happened in 1995, 8 years ago, which probably is beyond the legal statute of limitations. We all know about the C3 requirements contract years ago. Old news. I wonder whether his new business venture, World Theater, is doing o.k.

I'm tempted to add here, but not quite confident enough to do so yet.
