I hear ya, but at this point it's pretty free following. One of the reasons I engage in these exercises, is because other people (besides me) will come along (I hope) that have great links and sources, that I don't know about. Either that or this will die of poor participation. Although it's going to be hard to "simplify" this topic, at some point when the thread comes together, I'll sort through for "key links" that seem to stand out.
