Can you imagine the mess Jordan would be if it had not had a King the last 50 years? That is the reason it is attractive to us, I think.

I think in Jordan's case, it has a lot more to do with the fact that Hussein I was not just any King. It's really a lot more a function of leadership qualities than anything else, and he was a rare exception who proved the rule about the mediocre quality of leaders of countries.
