If de-you-know who did not control diamonds instead of 50,000 grades of diamonds there would only be two grades of diamonds. Diamonds you want, and diamonds you don't want. You know something is very very valuable when the government won't let you have it or tells you it is worthless. You know something ain't worth a plugged nickel if they emphasize its worth above all else. That is how you know that your vote is only worth 5 bucks. EC<:-}
