Could just as easily have been in my portfolio had it been dual listed in the US. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ OT/Damn big government clowns <in the china closet>! At the very least they could have allowed for a more gradual shut-in of all that NE Alberta NG production. We got our share of governmental bozos down here too!! Left liberals teaming up with the environmental extremists plus our liberal biased big city media (especially the old NY based TV networks) have done almost everything imaginable during the past 20 or more yrs to obstruct exploration and development of highly prospective acreage in this country. The giant land grab in the closing months of the Clinton Admin which put millions of acres of privately owned land permanently off limits to oil and gas exploration was one of the worst examples of bad government policy I've ever seen. Most of that land isn't even acessable for citizens to enjoy as wilderness, or outdoor recreational activities. It contains few or no endangered species, and is not suitable or planned for future National or State Parks. And imagine, our taxes pay the salaries of the clown politicians and bureaucrats that do this?! Amazing. Well....I'm outta here for the weekend:o)) So, if any lefty politicos show up here to bash me? Unless somebody else here wants to take em on, they'll have the last word. I've said all that's necessary and not interested in spending any time debating those who don't agree. Politics is too much like religion to the secular liberals. It's a waste of time to argue with them. All we need to do is vote their presidential candidates DOWN every 4 years.<G> Cheers, Isopatch
