Oh bushwa, Jacob. People were polarized before the war and remain polarized after it. Every single person screaming "WHERE ARE THE WMDS, LIAR!" was against the war to start with. Those who were for it, or were undecided, are asking more intelligent questions, such as "does our intelligence stink?" and "Where is Saddam and is he still a threat?"

When they figure out where and when Saddam dumped or hid the things, every single person screaming about the wmds will switch to a new complaint without batting an eye. The only thing that will eventually shut them up is good results in Iraq, which will make them look silly for carping. They will then give themselves the credit for the good results.

I am ashamed of my country, that almost nobody wants justice done.

Justice was done and is being done but for some reason this isn't satisfactory for you.

The US just put down one of the most brutal, murderous, tyrannical regimes in history. The US has done the Iraq people a great service.

You seem to regard this as a great crime. I think you need to examine your premises. In some way they are deficient.
