Even though the weather outside is atrocious, I hope you get to enjoy some of the many things the city has to offer before you leave. Maybe this site can offer a suggestion or two.

BTW, the owner of those birds should be covering them at night. Birds need the rhythm of lights going out and then coming back on roughly 8 hours later, just like we do. If they don't get covered every night they tend to get agitated.
