Hi Jay- US Economy up - US Dollar down. Not both up.

Remember, the USD has been OVERVALUED, especially vs. the Euro, for 3-5 years....right now it close to a fair value with the Euro, and will move to undervalued for a while.

I would avoid USD financial instruments, but real goods and hard assets in North America should do well.

US cyclicals will be doing well, especailly the commodity providers.

US real estate will lag the recovery, I would not touch US real estate for another year, maybe 2-3 years.

Real estate in resource countries, like Canada and AUstrailis, might be different.
