<tax cut(wait to see the july paycheck increases and the $400 rebates/kid for young families with kids), lower gas prices and add them all together and....> Add them all together and you might just breakeven on the coming State Income Tax increases, Property Tax increases, and Sales Tax increases.

You have listed many good reasons for the higher stock prices, but I believe there are many negative reasons, previously described, that will be a "drag" on the market. These negative reasons may not be going away soon, and maybe, just maybe, they will get worse over the near term before they get better. Earnings warning season is close at hand. It will be interesting to see how that turns out. The results will certainly have an impact on the near term direction of the market. Don
