When Bush Jr. was making his war decision the actual facts about Iraq's weapons programs were known. Bush was either duped by treasonous elements in the CIA, Pentagon, or office of the VP, or he was told the correct information but deliberately lied to the American people. Either way, an full public investigation is warrented.
