Even if no WMD are ever found, an intelligence failure does not equate to a "lie"..... Now you're gonna try to hang this on some lowly intelligence dude? What about the words of Colin Powell with George Tenet sitting behind him at the UN hearings, where he said "We have solid evidence that Iraq has WMD". This is not an intelligence failure.
