There is Not as Much cash around as the Bulls Think, Hmm... the money is either in money market funds, or other vehicles, including mutual funds. That can't be in both, can they? So maybe that explains the low level of available cash in mutual funds. The question is whether that is pertinent to the rest of the market if people opt not to use those particular investment vehicles to the same extent they have in the past. Or that we've yet to see money deployed with them out of MM accounts. Hawk
